Level 1 offenders are those that we have been contacted about their unpaid debt and have small amounts owed or just a single debt to pay. . There has been no effort to pay buck the stolen funds by these people.

Victor Chocron of Caracas Venezuala borrowed 9 thousand dollars from an agent in Miami and for 3 years has promised to pay it back without doing so.
Alex Lee of San Gabriel California received 16 thousand dollars of credit from an agent and has not paid any of it back. The agent suspects Alex has left the country
Broadway Poker Club on the Pokerrrr2 app has not paid one client 4500 dollars that he rightfully won and there are multiple reports online from various people that Broadway has also not paid them
